Fortwood's Adult Outpatient Services facility offers treatment for mental illnesses and substance abuse. Clinical staff includes psychiatrists, therapists, clinicians and nurses. Our 24-hour Mobile Crisis Team is located in the adult facility. The Crisis Team provides mental health assessments throughout the community, wherever the crisis occurs.

Lighthouse at Patton Peer-Support Center was developed and is staffed by consumers of mental health services. The program strives to support members emotionally and socially, to teach life skills while offering regularly scheduled community speakers on health and human interest topics.
